Mumbai- Actress Raashii Khanna has opened up about her evolving approach to fitness, revealing that working out has become a form of therapy that helps her release negativity and maintain emotional balance.
In her latest YouTube vlog, the actress shared that her understanding of fitness has transformed over the years. According to Raashii, fitness today is less about appearances and more about mental well-being and living a healthier life overall.
Speaking about her routine, she said that exercise, along with prayer and meditation, plays a major role in keeping her mentally strong and positive.
“Working out for me is like therapy. If I don’t do it, I feel like negativity starts building up. Fitness is not just about how you look anymore, it’s also about your thoughts and how you feel every day,” she shared.
The actress also encouraged women to stop comparing themselves with others and instead focus on becoming the strongest and healthiest version of themselves.
Reflecting on the early phase of her fitness journey, Raashii admitted that she once believed being thin was the ultimate goal. However, with time, she realised that following trends was less important than building strength and confidence.
On the professional front, Raashii is set to reprise her role as Megha in the second season of the hit web series Farzi alongside Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi.
Her upcoming projects also include Talakhon Mein Ek with Vikrant Massey and Bridge featuring R. Madhavan.
Additionally, Raashii has been cast in filmmaker Anees Bazmee’s untitled next project alongside Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan.
