Ranchi: Prohibitory order has been issued in Nagari area till further orders. Using the powers conferred by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Ranchi under Section 144 of the CrPC, the following prohibitory order has been issued in the Nagari area under Ranchi Sadar Sub-Division.
Organizing any kind of Dharna, Demonstration, Gherao, procession, rally or public meeting without prior permission of the competent authority except government programs. Any type of weapons, such as guns, rifles, revolvers, pistols, bombs. Leaving or walking with gunpowder except officials and employees engaged in government work.
Walking with any type of weapon like stick, stick, arrow, bow, javelin except officials and employees engaged in government work. Any type of loudspeaker without prior permission of the competent authority. This prohibitory order will remain active till further notice.
