Ranchi: The Jharkhand Public Service Commission has tentatively decided to conduct the preliminary exams of the combined JPSC 7th to 10th on September 12.
As per the information which has been shared on the website of the commission the exams are likely to be held on September 12, however, apart from that no additional information has been shared on the website.
The commission has maintained that further details will be updated later. The JPSC had invited applications for the exam between February 15 to March 15 and as per the advertisement issuer earlier, the exams were slated to be held on May 2, 2021.
The commission later increased the deadline to file the applications to March 21 while on March 26 a fresh notice was issued for the candidates to correct the flaws in their application by April 5. However in wake of rising cases of Coronavirus and subsequent imposition of the lockdown the prelims exams got postponed.
Through the advertisement issued on February 8, the commission had invited applications for a total of 252 posts.
