PM Modi hands over job letters to 173 state youths via VC

Ranchi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, through video conferencing, distributed appointment letters to over 51,000 youth across the country on Friday. As part of this initiative, 173 youths from 13 departments in Ranchi were formally handed their appointment letters during an employment fair held at the CCL Convention Centre (Darbhanga House).

The event was attended by Defence Minister of State Sanjay Seth as the chief guest, along with several senior officials and the families of the selected candidates. The atmosphere throughout the event was one of enthusiasm and pride.

In his address, Prime Minister Modi urged the youth to play a key role in the country’s economic growth, internal security, and infrastructure development. He emphasized that the employment fair is an important step toward empowering the youth and moving towards a self-reliant India.

The 173 selected youths in Ranchi received appointments in various departments, including CGST and Central Excise, where 60 candidates were selected, followed by 39 for CGDA (Controller General of Defence Accounts), 13 for the Postal Department, 11 for ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation), and 10 for Railways. Additionally, 9 youths were appointed to NSSO (National Sample Survey Office), 8 to BSF/CRPF/SSB (Paramilitary Forces), 7 to the Central Water Commission, 5 to the Banking Sector, 5 to EPFO (Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation), 4 to FCI (Food Corporation of India), and one each to CGA (Controller General of Accounts) and NCSC (National Commission for Scheduled Castes).
