Ranchi: Four people, including a woman soldier, have been injured when a pickup van fell on the PCR van of Ranchi Police.
This incident took place on Tuesday morning in Mesra OP area, where an uncontrolled pickup van fell on a PCR patrolling on the highway.
In this accident, Mesra OP driver Naval Kishore and female soldier Babita Kumari were badly injured.
Both have been admitted to Medica Hospital. Both the legs of the injured female home guard soldier Babita Kumari are badly injured. One leg of the driver constable is broken. The driver of the pickup van and two others were also injured. Everyone is undergoing treatment in the hospital.
Like every day, a driver, an officer and a lady home guard were patrolling the highway in PCR seven. On Tuesday morning, around five o’clock, the PCR van was parked on the side of the highway and everyone came out and stood there.
