Mumbai — Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra on Friday shared a glimpse of a heartfelt and personalised wedding gift she had created for her husband Raghav Chadha during their wedding celebrations in 2023.
Sharing a photograph of the charming gift on social media, Parineeti revealed that she had commissioned a customised miniature bookshelf inspired by meaningful moments from their relationship. Alongside the image, she wrote that the handcrafted piece was filled with personalised elements from their lives and described it as extremely adorable, while mentioning that some details were deliberately hidden to maintain privacy.
The miniature artwork features a detailed wooden cabinet-style shelf decorated with tiny books, framed pictures, ornamental pieces, a small clock, plants, and several sentimental elements representing shared memories and milestones. The model also includes miniature stacked books, wall frames, a small table arrangement, a tiny chair, and decorative accents symbolising their journey together. Among the highlights is a small house-shaped cutout bearing the couple’s initials, along with a miniature portrait of the revered shrine Golden Temple.
Parineeti and Raghav exchanged wedding vows in a private yet grand ceremony held in Udaipur on September 24, 2023. The celebration brought together Bollywood glamour and political dignitaries, attended by close family members, friends, and prominent leaders, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
Reports suggest that the couple’s relationship began years ago during their time studying in London, before they reconnected later in India.
On the professional front, Parineeti was last seen in Amar Singh Chamkila, a biographical drama based on the life of Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkila. The film, directed by Imtiaz Ali, also stars Diljit Dosanjh and was released on Netflix.
Parineeti made her acting debut with a supporting role in the romantic comedy Ladies vs Ricky Bahl and later gained recognition as a lead actor in Ishaqzaade, where she starred opposite Arjun Kapoor.
