Ranchi: Maoist Pradeep Singh Chero (Kharwar), who led the squad of Chhotu Kharwar, was interrogated by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). Ranchi’s NIA branch has interrogated Pradeep Singh for four days.
During this period, NIA has received much important information. On December 6, 2023, Latehar police had arrested CPI Maoist sub zonal commander Pradeep Singh, carrying a reward of Rs 5 lakh, from Bariatu Jagir forest of Sadar police station area.
Actually, top Maoist commander Pradeep Singh Kharwar has been named GPS by Naxalite commanders. Pradeep Singh Kharwar knows every mountain and forest of the areas of Latehar, Lohardaga and Budhapahar.
He has given much information to the police about Maoist top commanders Ravindra Ganjhu and Chhotu Kharwar. Pradeep Singh is accused of carrying out several attacks in the areas of Latehar, Lohardaga and Budhapahar.
