NEET exam held peacefully in capital

Ranchi, May 6: The national eligibility cum entrance exam (NEET) was held peacefully across the 17 examination centers of the state capital.

Prior to entry inside the examination centers the students had to undergo through checking. The students had been asked not to wear goggles, purse, watches, rings, ear rings, nose pins, chains, necklace, belt, hair clips etc.

The examination was held till 1pm where as the entry of the students had commenced from 7.30 am while the gates had been closed at 9.30. A total of 180 questions spread across physics, chemistry and biology were asked to the students who were asked to just come in the examination centers with a colored photograph and the admit cards.

The exams in the state capital were held in Army public schools, Bridgeford, Cambrian, DPS, JVM, Kairali School, Gurunanak higher secondary school, Loyala Convent, Surnedranath Centenary schools and various schools of the DAV group.
