Naxalites blew up a tractor carrying security forces’ luggage with IED, one dead; driver injured

Chakradharpur. Naxalites have once again shown a glimpse of their bloody intentions in the Kolhan forest of West Singhbhum district in Jharkhand. Two people were seriously injured in the ID blast carried out by Naxalites in the forest. After some time the seriously injured passenger died.

After first aid at the government hospital in Sonua, the injured were referred to Chakradharpur sub-divisional hospital for better treatment. Driver Bablu Bodra (30) and assistant Lobo Gop (32) suffered serious injuries in the blast.

According to the information, Naxalites ambushed a tractor carrying ration for CRPF Camp Hathiburu in Srijangkoch of Kuida Panchayat in the Goilkera police station area and blew it up with an IED. Bablu Bodra, who was driving the tractor, and assistant Lobo Gop were seriously injured in this Naxalite attack.
