Muslims around Jharkhand State offered Jammat Ul Bida on the last Friday of the Holiest month of Ramadan on Friday, April 21, 2023.
Around 500 Muslim devotees gathered at Jama Masjid (Grand Mosque) at Upper Bazar in Ranchi on Friday to offer Friday Prayer.
Muslims around the globe will celebrate Eid – Ul – Fitr after seeing the crescent moon.
“One month-long fasting month of Ramadan in which Muslims abstain from Drinking and Eating till sunrise to sunset will come to an end,” said Aslam Khan.
This Year we will celebrate Eid Ul Fitr with full enthusiasm after two consecutive years of Corona Lockdown, he added.
Muslims around Ranchi City are busy in shopping of new Clothes, new Shoes, perfume and Vermicelli to celebrate Eid festival.
A large number of roadside vendors installed their temporary shops around Sarjana Chowk to Ratan Takies area of Ranchi.
After watching the crescent moon they will celebrate Eid on the following day.
“Ranchi Eidgah is ready to host Eid Ul Fitr Namaz,” said a Maullana.
“This year our message on Eid Ul Fitr is to spread Peace, Brotherhood and Prosperity among the society,” Maullana added.
