Monsoon retreats from many districts of state, cyclone over Bay of Bengal to bring rains

Ranchi: Monsoon has returned from many parts of Jharkhand and within two-three days the monsoon will completely return from Jharkhand state. However, a cyclone is forming in the Bay of Bengal, due to which there is a possibility of rain in many parts of Jharkhand. 

This information was given by Abhishek Anand, the head of the weather station in Ranchi on Friday. Abhishek Anand said that during the last 24 hours, there was light to moderate rainfall at many places in the state.

Papunki in Dhanbad recorded the highest rainfall of 22.6 mm. Chaibasa was the hottest place during this period, where the highest temperature was recorded at 32.8 degrees Celsius. At the same time, Gumla remained the coldest place.

The minimum temperature here was recorded at 20.7 degrees Celsius. He said that there would be light to moderate rainfall at isolated places in the state for the next three days. There will be splashes accompanied by thunder. There is also a possibility of thunderstorms in some places.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of a drop in the maximum temperature by 2 to 4 degrees. After this, there is no sign of any change in the temperature for the next 3-4 days.

From October 15 to 17, light to moderate rainfall may occur at some places in the state. In the forecast issued by the Meteorological Department, it has been told that on October 15 there may be light to moderate rainfall at some places in the southern and central parts of the state.
