Ranchi: CPI-M’s Politburo member and former MP Brinda Karat said that Modi’s party has been deeply shocked by the Lok Sabha results.
“Even today there has been no change in Delhi. The posts of Deputy Speaker should go to the opposition. The speaker is everyone’s leader, we will choose the deputy speaker. This time bulldozers will not be allowed to run in
Parliament. If the opposition is not listened to, the Modi government will not function” said Karat while speaking to journalists at the party office in Ranchi on Tuesday.
She said that people are suffering from inflation, land scam, coal scam and unemployment.
Farmers have also been cheated, they do politics of use and throw, Modi is targeting Bengali speaking Muslims, this is wrong, and they have been living here for 40 to 50 years.
Public issues have also been identified; rural areas including cities are facing the acute water problem.
Farmers are upset due to digitalization of land maps, green ration card holders are not getting any ration.
If the minimum wage has increased, then let it increase, if it is stopped then there will be protests. Protest action will be organized at the district, block and panchayat level from 16th August to 21st August.
