General Manager of Ranchi Smart City Corporation Limited Rakesh Kumar Nand said that Ranchi Smart City is a joint project of the Government of India and the Government of Jharkhand. Which is developing a greenfield in 656 acres in Dhurva, Ranchi.
The objective of this project is to provide world-class infrastructure to the people. Auction for institutional, residential, commercial, public and semipublic, mixed-use components.
Also, this smart city has IT connectivity, safety and security, no vehicle zone, energy efficient street lights, smart solid waste management, smart sanitation system, rainwater harvesting, solar generation, walkability and cycling, smart metering, intelligent traffic management and river management.
By developing the front, we have to provide houses to about 80,000 people and jobs to 70,000 people. Our project is almost complete, now we are auctioning it.
