Marandi raises concern over illegal immigration in state

Ranchi: BJP’s State President Babulal Marandi has once again brought the issue of illegal immigration to the forefront. Sharing a post on social media, he reiterated his strong stance on the matter, stating that the issue of Bangladeshi infiltration is not merely an electoral topic for him but a matter of survival, identity, and the future of his community. He emphasized that the attacks on the land, culture, civilization, and rights of Jharkhand’s tribal people cannot be ignored.

Marandi further stated, “The problem of infiltration is no longer limited to Santhal Pargana; the issue of Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltration has spread across Jharkhand, from east to west, north to south, and from urban towns to remote rural tribal areas.” As a Santhal, he expressed that it is his primary duty to stand with his people, shoulder to shoulder, in their fight to protect their rights and culture.

Marandi emphasized his commitment as a true soldier and worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party, stating that his views are clear and unwavering. Regardless of the election results, he affirmed that the struggle for his people’s rights and interests would never stop. He pledged to dedicate his time and energy to raising awareness and empowering his people, ensuring that no one can threaten their land, forests, and resources. He stressed that this fight is not just for the present but for securing a better future for upcoming generations.

“I promise the people that I will never back down or accept defeat in this struggle. Our path may be difficult, but our resolve is unshakable. This is not only a battle to protect rights but also to preserve our honor and dignity. Therefore, in this fight for survival, I will stand with you until my last breath, fighting alongside you every step of the way,” Marandi added.
