Maoist rebels set ablaze JCB Machine in Lohardagga

Ranchi: CPI (Maoist) on Monday set afire a JCB Machine, stopped road construction work, and put up posters in the Lohardaga district of Jharkhand.

According to Sources Levy was the reason behind this Maoist attack under Serendag Police Station in Manhepat locality of Lohardaga. Maoist rebels showed their presence in the area by this incident, Police said on Monday. Rupees 15 Lakh awardee CPI (Maoist) leader Ravindra Ganjhu led this incident. Road Construction work has been stopped by the ultras; they also damaged the Mixer Machine.

Rebels also issued posters in the village. Villagers are scared after this incident. per information, Police reached the spot within an hour of the incident and started an investigation. In the last week on June 1, Rupees Two Lakh awardee Rajesh Oraon was killed in an encounter with security forces near Anjan Marwa road in the Gumla district of Jharkhand.

And the following day Rupees Six Lakh awardee Sub Zonal Commander Lasim Ansari was killed in an encounter with security forces at Tongo Semal Bartoli under Chainpur Police Station.
