After the directions of Double Bench of the High Court the Jharkhand Public Service Commission has issued a revised merit list of the 6th JPSC Exams in which 60 officers have been removed.
JPSC Secretary Himanshu Mohan said that 60 officers have been removed from the list in the revised result. A total of 326 candidates were selected in the sixth JPSC in which now the candidature of 266 candidates will remain.
It is clear that 266 officers will serve in their work area, while 60 officers have been shown the way out by JPSC.
Through the 6th JPSC a total of 143 candidates were selected in the administrative service in the Merit List. It includes 86 candidates from general category , from EBC 08, SC 15 and 34 candidates from ST. There were 104 candidates in Jharkhand Finance Services. Of these, 52 from the unreserved category, 11 from the EBC category, 11 from SC and 30 candidates from the ST category. There were 36 candidates in education service in which there were 19 candidates in general category.
