JMM hits back at Raghubar, asks whether he himself carried money in Chartered plane

Ranchi: The ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha on Friday hit back on former Chief Minister Raghubar Das asking him as to whether he himself carried money in chartered plane during his visit to Delhi and Nagpur.

Addressing a press conference here JMM general secretary and spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya said that former Chief Minister Raghubar Das has been most pained by the Delhi trip of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. He said that during his five year stint as the Chief Minister Raghubar Das never travelled to Jamshedpur via road route and had always used the helicopter. He said that for visiting his home Raghubar Das had made misuse of government helicopter.

Earlier in day Raghubar Das in a press conference had claimed to provide monetary assistance to Congress for fighting the upcoming assembly elections in few states the Chief Minister had gone in a chartered plane hitting back Bhattacharya asked to how was he aware that one can carry money in those planes and asked as to whether he himself had taken money such way.

Supriyo said that Congress was an ally in the state but things are different in West Bengal. He said that the Chief Minister had gone for a courtsey meeting with Sonia and Rahul Gandhi.

He said that Raghubar Das in his tenure had used chartered plane to travel to Nagpur, Delhi and Patna and he even went to Las Vegas on government funds but failed to bring any investment. Attacking over law and order situation he said that previously people were shot inside court premises, incidents of arson and dacoity took place in broad daylight. He said that Bakoria incident happened under Raghubar Das rule itself.  He said that people who are in public life should make their passports public to show to the people as to where they have travelled.
