Ranchi: The ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha on Monday accused the BJP of spreading anarchy and misleading the people over the issue of JEE mains and NEET exams.
Party general secretary cum spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya said that in any odd circumstances the Hemant Soren government of the state was capable of making all types of arrangements and therefore the BJP should not try to spread its vested motives.
He said that to mislead the people the BJP has issued helpline number for the state and the country which was mainly aimed at spreading anarchy outside the examination centers.
Bhattacharya claimed that 80 percent of the students have said that they want exams to be postponed. He said that from north to south the states are grappling with blood while more than 3,000 students who are in abroad would also be denied an opportunity to appear in the exams.
The JMM spokesperson said that interstate rail and public transport for interstate movement are closed but the Centre in its stubborn attitude was adamant to conduct the exams. He said that when the number of Coronavirus cases was being detected 10,000 daily than these exams were postponed and they should be again postponed as currently in a day more than 80,000 cases are being found.
