Jharkhand State Non-Gazetted Employees Federation marched to Raj Bhavan for 11-point demands

Ranchi : On the call of Jharkhand State Non-Gazetted Employees Federation, clerks, panchayat secretaries, public servants, revenue sub-inspectors, health workers, collectorate workers, fourth class Kurmi, Anganwadi Sevika-Sahiyaka, nutrition friend, health assistant, Sahiya Sathi, STT, from every corner of the state.

BTT, Jalsahiya, Animal Husbandry AE workers, MPW, NHM workers, contractual and honorarium workers reached Morhabadi ground.

From here, after the meeting, all the employees left for Raj Bhavan. Where a big meeting will be organized.

Union Joint Minister Sushant Kumar Sahu said that our main demand is that the minimum grade pay of all Class III state employees, including clerks, Panchayat Secretaries, Revenue Sub Inspectors and others, should be increased to Rs 2400.

Class IV employees should be promoted to 50 percent of the total vacant posts of class III.

Cadre rules should be made for Sahiya, BTT, STT, paramedical personnel, ANM under the Health Department.

The path for promotion should be paved by giving a respectable increase in salary and honorarium commensurate with the post, and it should also be regularized.

The retirement age of state employees should be increased to 65 years.

The outstanding dearness allowance from January 2020 to June 2021 should be paid.

At the same time, errors should be rectified in the rules issued for Anganwadi workers and assistants.

By increasing the amount of central share, regular payment should be made along with the arrears.

Whereas RIMS employees should be included in the old provident fund scheme.

While improving the rules issued for the employees here, the union has demanded to implement the same rules and facilities and allowances as for the employees of AIIMS New Delhi.

Apart from all these, there are many other demands also.
