Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan said, dream of ‘Developed India @ 2047’

Ranchi: Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan participated in the ‘University Industry Governance (UIG) Summit 2024’ jointly organized by Jharkhand Technological University and Amity University, Ranchi at Jharkhand Technological University, Namkum. Radhakrishnan said that the development of the country can be achieved through the joint efforts of the university, industry and government.

According to the need of the present time and accordingly the requirements of the industry, various subjects will have to be included in the curriculum of the universities and the government will also have to formulate policies accordingly at the micro level.

Only with such joint efforts and policy-making can we reach the category of developed countries and realize the dream of “Developed India@2047”. The Governor said that for development it is necessary that theoretical education should be brought to the ground experimentally. There should be an environment of innovation and creativity in our educational institutions and industrial institutions and government policies should also be effective in promoting it.

By developing such an environment, competition and competition will be encouraged and the inherent talents of the students will come to the fore. With the emergence of these talents, new dimensions of development will be established. There is a need to constantly reinterpret old technology and reestablish new technology. He told the students that there will be failure in this but they should not be afraid of it.

Prime Minister encouraged the scientists when Chandrayaan-2 was not completely successful and after a few months, Chandrayaan-3 successfully landed on the south pole of the Moon. Similarly, it was due to his encouragement that the Covid vaccine was developed and India not only carried out vaccination on a large scale in its own country but also distributed the vaccine free of cost in other countries as an example of humanity.

The Governor said that the new education policy will play an important role in the development of India. Summit will inspire the youth for inclusive development. They will develop it as an organized industry by promoting traditional knowledge and technology along with modern knowledge. The vision of developed India will be realized only when Jharkhand develops.

He said that the Prime Minister is committed to making India from the 5th largest economy in the world to the 3rd largest economy. He called upon everyone to contribute to this commitment of the Honorable Prime Minister.
