Jharkhand BJP sets 24×7 Covid helpline number, to undertake distribution of masks & sanitizers from April 21

Ranchi: The Jharkhand BJP has set up a dedicated 24×7 Covid helpline number to provide help to the people of the state battling Coronavirus.

State BJP general secretary Pradeep Verma said that on the directions of state BJP chief and Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash the dedicated Covid helpline number 8102925807 has been started. By calling on the number the people can avail free of cost consultation from the doctors.

Further the people will be also provided necessary information related to the availability of the beds, ventilators in government hospitals and private hospitals. The party has decided that incase there is no one in the house of the infected person than medicines will be provided in the homes of those persons. Coordination will be also established with hospitals to make arrangements for beds in the hospital.

From April 21 the party workers will also provide medicines and consultation to the people through helpline numbers in the districts. On the other hand the MPs, MLAs and the even ward members will start work in their respective areas.

Across the state from April 21 sanitizers and masks will be distributed among the people and awareness campaign will be run by the BJP workers with the target of making their respective booths Coronavirus free.

The party has also decided to provide help to the migrant workers through helpline numbers at district and mandal level, the yuwa morcha will organise blood donation camps in all the districts, members of Mahila Morcha will make and distribute masks.

To execute the programme a state level committee has been formed in which apart from Pradeep Verma the others include Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth, Kanke MLA Samri Lal and state working committee member Balmukund Sahai.
