International Yoga day celebrated in Jharkhand

Ranchi:  Many programs were organized in Ranchi on the 10th International Yoga Day on Friday.

Jharkhand Health Minister Banna Gupta inaugurated the tenth International Yoga Day by lighting the lamp at Birsa Munda Fun Park, Jail Mode, Ranchi.

Crowds of people doing yoga started gathering in the parks from Friday morning itself.

This scene of the yoga program looked quite captivating.

This colourful style of yoga practice had created a different atmosphere.

Health Minister Banna Gupta participated in the program organized on the 10th International Yoga Day at Birsa Munda Fun Park, Ranchi.

Ranchi MLA CP Singh also did yoga with him.

Minister Banna said that yoga is a spiritual practice, a ritual, a criterion for living a healthy lifestyle, doing yoga regularly keeps the mind happy and the body healthy.

Ranchi DC Rahul Kumar Sinha also did yoga in the program.

Jharkhand BJP President Babulal Marandi did mass yoga practice at the Kanke Dam complex in Ranchi on the occasion of International Yoga Day.

He posted a picture of yoga on the social site and wrote: Do yoga, stay healthy.

Hundreds of youth did yoga in the Yoga Day program organized under the aegis of the Department of Tourism, Art-Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs.

The program was organized at the hockey stadium in Morabadi.

Yoga camp was organized in Bada Talab (Vivekananda Sarovar) with the joint collaboration of Ranchi Municipal Corporation and Ram Krishna Mission.

In which Administrator Ameet Kumar, Deputy Administrator Ravindra Kumar, Assistant Administrator, Assistant Public Health Officer, officers of all branches of the Corporation, City Manager, and Corporation employees practiced yoga together.

The administrator said that yoga is beneficial for our physical and mental health.

If we do yoga for some time every day, the risk of diseases in our life reduces.

On the occasion, he urged all the respected citizens to make yoga an integral part of their daily life and include yoga in their daily routine.

The 10th International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm in Macon.

A yoga session was organized for the employees and their family members at Mecon Community Hall.

On this occasion, yoga was done under the expert guidance of a reputed yoga guru. MECON Chairman and Managing Director SK Verma, Director (Finance) Mukesh Kumar and various officials of MECON were present in this session.

The session was led by veteran YSSI monk Swami Gokulanandji.

Who made everyone aware about the benefits of yoga and meditation?

Yoga camp was organized at Birsa Munda Community Hall of Ranchi Airport. Airport Director RR Maurya participated on this occasion.

Airport employees and personnel of other departments participated in this yoga camp and pledged to improve their physical and mental health through yoga.

Many programs were organized in CCL.
