India Alliance Meeting held at Congress Office in Ranchi

Ranchi: India Alliance Meeting held at Congress Headquarters in Ranchi on Sunday, regarding the incident in Manipur.

Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC) President Rajesh Thakur chaired the meeting.

He said, the way the Centre has kept silence, it will not be tolerated at any cost.

I.N.D.I.A. All constituents will strongly oppose this.

This protest will not be held only in the capital but in the district headquarters of the entire state.

On August 1 the I.N.D.I.A. All the constituents of the state will register a protest from the collectorate to the Raj Bhavan in all the districts of the state.

Rajesh Thakur said, Will sit on dharna and submit a memorandum to the President.

This decision was taken today at Congress Bhavan by I.N.D.I.A. Taken in the meeting of all the constituent parties.

Whereas Congress Legislature Party leader Alamgir Alam was mainly present.

State Congress Committee President Rajesh Thakur said that Manipur is burning in the fire of ethnic violence since May 3.

Despite this, our country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the central government remained mute spectators.

So far it has completely failed to stop the ongoing caste violence in Manipur.

When our National President Mallikarjun Kharge questioned the silence of the Prime Minister after the shameful video of mobs stripping women in Manipur and abusing their bodies went viral, his mike was switched off in the Parliament House.

The central government is making a mockery of democracy.

The MPs of the constituents want that the discussion should be held in the House through Rule 267.

The truth of Manipur should come out in this discussion, but the ruling party government wants that the discussion should be only for formality.

The Congress and the opposition parties are not accepting anything less than a special discussion.

Congress Legislature Party leader Alamgir Alam said that the way Manipur was burning and the government there was watching as a mute spectator, it will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

The BJP has done the work of fighting the people of the two communities there.

The whole country has come to know the policy and principle of BJP.

The video which went viral a few days ago embarrassed the country in front of the world.

The people of the country will never forgive the BJP government.

JDU state president and Rajya Sabha MP Kheeru Mahato said that we are worried about the incident in Manipur.

On August 01, we are going to protest in all the districts of the entire state and in front of the Raj Bhavan, for which I have given this message to all the district heads of our organization and all the office bearers of the state that they should participate in this protest in maximum numbers.

Through this dharna, we want to warn the central government that the government of Manipur should be dismissed as soon as possible and President’s rule should be imposed.

JMM’s Central General Secretary Vinod Pandey said that we are going to protest against Manipur. People of all parties will sit in front of the Raj Bhavan in Ranchi and will also submit a memorandum to the Governor through a sit-in demonstration.

Will inform the centre that not only the India constituents but the whole country is heartbroken and worried about the incident in Manipur.

Centre should take cognizance of this incident.

President’s rule should be imposed in Manipur. On the other hand, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MP Vijay Hansda said that we are not being allowed to speak in the Lok Sabha, so now we will fight against the central government on the road with the public.

The leaders of the Left parties said in the meeting that we all are pained by the incident in Manipur. The Central Government and the State Government of Manipur have been unable to protect the people of Manipur.

The Government of Manipur remained a mute spectator and Manipur continued to burn. We all constituents demand from the central government that the Manipur government should be dismissed and President’s rule imposed.
