Illegal mining case, BJP leader’s role in influencing ED’s witness is suspected, will be questioned

Ranchi:  BJP leader Surya Hansda’s role in influencing ED’s witness in 1000 crore illegal mining case is suspected.

Regarding this matter, ED has issued summons to four people including Surya Hansda, witness Vijay Hansda and summoned them for questioning.

These include Vijay Hansda, Surya Hansda, Vishnu Yadav and Pavitar Yadav.

If sources are to be believed then everyone can be questioned from Monday to Saturday.

ED has received information that Surya Hansda is influencing ED’s case.

It was Surya Hansda who influenced Vijay Hansda, an important witness in the case, to turn hostile.

In return, the ED has also received information about money transactions.

Vijay Hansda had also demanded Rs 90 lakh from another witness, Mungeri Yadav, for testifying in favor of the ED.

ED has also received digital evidence related to this.

In such a situation, questions are being raised on the role of Vijay Hansda due to not being present on the summons of the ED court.

At the same time, Vishnu Yadav and Pavitar Yadav are also under suspicion in this matter.

ED raided both of them in July 2022.

Vijay Hansda had also accused both of them of illegal mining in Lemon Hill in the past.

Surya Hansda has contested assembly elections from Borio seat in 2009 and 2014 on the JVM ticket and in 2019 on BJP ticket.
