Housing Board invites applications for residential schemes

Ranchi: The Jharkhand State Housing Board is inviting online applications for various residential schemes in Hazaribagh and Daltonganj. Interested applicants can apply through the official departmental website between May 16 and June 16, 2025. The last date to submit applications is June 16.

In Hazaribagh, newly constructed middle-income group (MIG) flats are available in three configurations: 808 sq. ft. with 22 units priced at ₹27,31,630, 1240 sq. ft. with 30 units priced at ₹32,39,919, and 800 sq. ft. with 66 units priced at ₹26,12,519. Additionally, 103 units of newly constructed flats for the economically weaker section (EWS), each measuring 364 sq. ft., are available at a price of ₹9,24,565.

In Daltonganj, MIG houses include 16 units of 606 sq. ft. priced at ₹33,93,150 and 10 units of the same size priced at ₹35,15,550. For the low-income group (LIG), 40 houses of 330 sq. ft. are being offered at ₹20,12,832.

The board is also offering plots in both MIG and high-income group (HIG) categories. In the MIG category, 24 plots measuring 1800 sq. ft. each are available at ₹20,88,000, while 25 plots of 2100 sq. ft. each in the HIG category are priced at ₹24,36,000.

The application fee for EWS applicants is ₹1000. For LIG applicants, the fee is ₹2000, and for MIG and HIG applicants, it is ₹3000. Required documents for application include an income certificate, retirement-related certificate (if applicable), caste certificate, affidavit, identity proof, and a declaration form.
