Ranchi: The students of MBBS who returned from Ukraine met Chief Minister Hemant Soren located inside the Assembly.
They apprised the Chief Minister regarding their ordeal during the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. They appreciated the initiative of the Chief Minister for their safe return from there in the midst of dire adversity.
The students told the Chief Minister that the kind of situation prevailing in Ukraine, it is very difficult for them to go back and complete their studies again. At present their studies have been completely interrupted and they urged the Chief Minister that in view of his future, options for his studies (including practical) should be made available here.
The Chief Minister said that the government will take serious initiative regarding the future of the students of Jharkhand who have come back from Ukraine. A high-level meeting will be convened soon in this regard, he said.
