Heavy rain alert in 6 districts, monsoon will start spreading to other districts from July 6

Ranchi: Dark clouds are visible in Jharkhand for the last three days but it is not raining. Ranchi witnessed some quantity of rainfall on Tuesday afternoon. There is a possibility of monsoons becoming active once again in many districts of Jharkhand.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there may be heavy rains in 6 districts of the state. In view of this, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert.

The Meteorological Department said there will be heavy rains in 6 districts of Santhal Pargana within the next 24 hours. These areas mainly include Deoghar, Jamtara, Godda, Dumka, Sahibganj, and Pakur where there will be heavy rains.

These districts received heavy rains even during the onset of monsoon in the state.
