Hazaribagh police arrested 6 people for Haiwa truck theft case involved in the stealing of vehicles from Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha and Chhattisgarh

Hazaribagh:  Hazaribagh police have succeeded in arresting four accused of stealing trucks and cars. This information was given by SP Arvind Kumar Singh. On the night of 26 March, a Haiva truck (JH 02 AY 9338) was stolen from 14 Mile Barwadih of Barkagaon police station. This highway belonged to Santosh Kumar Yadav. He had registered a case at Barkagaon police station.

On the basis of information received during the investigation, a raid team was formed under the leadership of Barkagaon SDPO. The same team arrested six people. Binay Kumar of Padma police station area, Shravan Kumartati, resident of Jarga of Paswandaru police station area, Vikas Kumaradaru, resident of Jharpo of Jharia police station area, Santosh of Mahto Chatra village, Binay Kumar of Rajpur police station area of Ranapalamu district, Mohd. Rafiq Ansari of Hariharganj police station of Ranapalamu district.

During interrogation, all of them have said in their confessional statement that these people steal vehicles from Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha and Chhattisgarh, take them to other states and sell them. Police have recovered a stolen Haiva truck, a Hyundai i10 car used in the theft and six mobile phones of different companies from the accused.
