Ranchi: Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan and Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren Friday reached the CRPF camp complex and paid tribute to constable Rajesh Kumar of CRPF Cobra Battalion-209, martyred in the IED blast carried out by Maoists in Tonto area of Chaibasa.
Hemant Soren prayed to God to give peace to the soul of the martyred soldier and give strength to the bereaved family to bear this difficult moment of grief. Soren said that our brave soldier Rajesh Kumar has sacrificed everything to free the state from Naxalites, the entire state will always remember his sacrifice.
Chief Minister said that many of our soldiers have sacrificed their lives in the campaign and mission of Naxal-free Jharkhand. The mission of Naxal free campaign will definitely be successful. We all are proud of our police personnel.
Rajesh Kumar of CRPF Cobra Battalion-209 was martyred after being hit by the IED blast made by Maoists. Martyr soldier Shri Rajesh Kumar was a resident of village Rewali, district Gariaband, Chhattisgarh.
On the occasion, Chief Secretary, Sukhdev Singh, DGP Ajay Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Vandana Dadel and other senior officers of the Police department paid tribute to martyred Constable Jawan Rajesh Kumar.
