Ranchi: Officials of FJCCI under the leadership of Dr. Mahua Maji Rajya Sabha MP and Chairperson of the Political Coordination Committee of Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries met Chief Minister
Hemant Soren urged to take initiative towards the regularisation of buildings and other structures made in the city without proper maps.
The delegation said that this would benefit lakhs of the people in the state. Chief Minister’s assurance on this issue was positive. He said that the government is paying special attention to the development of cities along with rural areas.
The Rajya Sabha MP told the Chief Minister that the shops built in many buildings are the main source of livelihood for the building owners. The livelihood of the workers, labourers, and women working in the shop is also linked to the shops operated here and the state government also gets revenue from the business done from here.
At the same time, lakhs of residential building owners located in the state will get relief therefore in view of the above difficulties, illegal structures have been regulated under the practical policy in various states of the country. If the state government also intervenes soon in this matter, then surely a permanent solution to this problem is possible she said.
On this occasion, the Jharkhand Chamber told the Chief Minister that the Chambers will fully cooperate in the promotion of the policy made by the government to provide 5 units of electricity free for planting a tree to protect the environment and to keep the cities green. It will be run by the Chamber as a campaign.
On this occasion, Secretary to Chief Minister Vinay Kumar Choubey and President of Jharkhand Chambers Kishor Mantri and other members were present.
