Government is making schemes to strengthen the rural economy: Hemant Soren

Pakur: Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that last time the main focus of the government’s Aapke Dwar program was to connect the elderly, disabled, widows and single women with pensions but now this time the main objective of the program “Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar- Aapke Dwar” is to strengthen the coming generations.

The Chief Minister while addressing the people in “Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar” program organized at Agricultural Produce Market Committee Ground, Pakur said that under this, work is being done to cover 9 lakh girls under the Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana. 

He said that his government is making such schemes so that the promising children of the state can prepare for higher education and competitive examinations free of cost. Along with this, plans are also being made to benefit them from schemes like Chief Minister’s charioteer, student credit card, etc. For those children who get admission in big colleges, the government will provide assistance amount up to 15 lakhs. 

The Chief Minister said that the schemes are being made to strengthen the rural system and for the welfare of the people. He encouraged all the labourers and farmers to enroll on the portal of the Labor Department. He said that work is being done by the government to provide many benefits like health, pension, scholarship of their children, compensation on death in the incident etc to the labourers employed on the portal. He said that the rural, old-age farmers who used to get tired of circling the blocks earlier but today the official is going to their villages to make them benefit from the schemes of the government.

The Chief Minister said that his government had received 8 lakh applications related to housing at your doorstep. For this, an application was sent for approval from the Central Government, for which no approval has been received so far. He said that if the central government had given the dues of Rs 13 hundred crore to the state, then today no one has to think about housing in the state. He said that Minister Aalamgir Alam has drawn his attention to the immense potential for jute production in the Pakur region. The government is already working in this direction and a big project in the field of jute production.

In the program, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone of 27 schemes costing a total of Rs 545.074 crore. In important schemes like 51 Anganwadi centers, high-level bridges on various roads, a rural water supply scheme, cooperative buildings and warehouses, construction of roads and check dams are included under the Khushal Bachpan program.

At the same time, 42 schemes worth Rs 21.003 crore were inaugurated, in which the repair of Sanskriti Kala Kendra building and SC / ST hostel, construction of government housing, bridge-culvert, Chhath-Ghat, beautification of ponds, PCC path, open gym, science This includes the construction of laboratories of end technology and strengthening and construction of rural roads. 

On this occasion, assets worth Rs 158.355 crore were distributed among a total of 53,946 beneficiaries by the Chief Minister. Minister Parliamentary Affairs and Rural Development Department Aalamgir Aalam, Minister Labor, Employment Training and Skill Development Department Satyanand Bhokta, Member Jharkhand Legislative Assembly-cum-Executive Chairman 20 Point Program Implementation Committee Jharkhand Stephen Marandi, MP Vijay Hansda, MLA Littipada Dinesh William Marandi, Zilla Parishad President Julie Hembram, Secretary to Chief Minister Vinay Kumar Choubey, Deputy Commissioner Pakur Varun Ranjan, Superintendent of Police Hrideep Janardanan and many other officers were present.
