Ranchi: Free cataract checkup and lens transplant camp was organized at Jan Arogya Kendra of Gandhinagar Hospital, CCL. 120 people were examined in this camp. 45 cataract patients were found during treatment in the camp.
Treatment and surgery of these patients will be done free of cost by specialist doctors in Gandhinagar Hospital. All other patients who attended the camp were also given free medicines.
CCL CMD Dr. B. Under the guidance of Veera Reddy and leadership of Harsh Nath Mishra, Director Personnel CCL organizes such events from time to time for its stakeholders. People from nearby areas including the command area of CCL participated to avail the benefits of this camp.
The objective of this camp was to provide free quality medical treatment to the needy.
