Ranchi: The Forest Officers’ Wives Association (FOWA) successfully organised a blood donation camp in Ranchi in collaboration with Devkamal Hospital and the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board.
The camp was conducted under the leadership of FOWA President Ranjana Samanta, with active support from Secretary Poonam Ranjan, Joint Secretary Sunandita Das, and other committed members. The participation and dedication shown by women during the camp were especially commendable.
Senior officials from the Forest Department, along with representatives from the Pollution Control Board, including Shashi Shekhar Pandey, voluntarily donated blood at the event.
Organisers stated that the objective of the programme was to contribute to healthcare as part of social responsibility, which was successfully achieved.
