Four FIRs registered against Godda MP Nishikant Dubey cancelled, High Court orders

Ranchi:  BJP’s Godda MP Nishikant Dubey has got a big relief from Jharkhand High Court.

The High Court has ordered the cancellation of four FIRs related to violation of the code of conduct against MP Nishikant Dubey during the Madhupur Assembly by-election.

Earlier in these cases, the High Court had ordered a stay on the coercive action against Nishikant.

Nishikant Dubey’s petition was heard in the court of Jharkhand High Court judge Justice Anil Kumar Chaudhary.

Advocates Prashant Pallav, Parth Jalan and Shivani Julka argued on behalf of Nishikant Dubey.

During the Madhupur Assembly by-election, four separate cases of code of conduct violation were registered against MP Nishikant Dubey.
