First supplementary budget worth Rs 2584.82 crore for fiscal ending March 31, 2021 tabled in Assembly

Ranchi: The state government on the inaugural day of the Monsoon Session of the Jharkhand Assembly tabled the first supplementary budget worth Rs 2584.82 crore for the fiscal ending March 31, 2021.

It was Finance Minister Rameshwar Oraon who tabled the first supplementary budget in the assembly.

As far as budgetary allocation was concerned the Home Disaster Management Department has been allocated a sum of Rs 912.33 crore, it was followed by the Rural Development Department which has been allocated Rs 548.86 crore.

Further Urban Development Department has been given Rs 363 crore, Women and Child Development Department Rs 312.26 crore and Rural Development Department (Panchayati Raj Division) Rs 211.13 crore.
