Patna: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das attacked former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Yadav stating that exploitation of poor Yadav families would destroy the entire clan. Taking potshots at Mr Yadav he said that Mr Yadav has been running from Patna to Ranchi while his wife son and daughter were running from Patna to Delhi forth and back.
Addressing the members of the Sahu Teli community at Sri Krishna Auditorium he attacked all the regional political parties of the country and said that BJP was the only party in which there was no dynasty politics. He said that even a poor worker in the party can go on to become the Prime Minister or even the President of the country and pointed to the examples of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Ramnath Kovind. Mr Dad asked the members of the community to remain away from corruption. He pointed to the scams which have taken place under Congress government including from the time of Pandit Nehru to Manmohan Singh.
Mr das also highlighted the achievements of his government and schemes launched for the welfare of the tribal. He said that Jharkhand has been pulled out of poverty and was standing among the developing states of the nation. He said that after Gujarat Jharkhand had clocked the highest growth rate. He said that in his tenure so far the growth rate has increased from 4.5pc to 8.4PC.
He said that by October 2018 Jharkhand would be declared ODF. He asked the members of the community to come forward to ensure lotus blooms in entire country including Bihar. He said that in three years rule of Prime Minister Modi and in two and half years tenure of his rule in Jharkhand no corruption charges have been levelled on them. He said that neither the leaders have cheated nor officials done any wrong.
