Ranchi: After the remand period of land scam accused Vishnu Agarwal was over, the ED produced him in the court amidst tight security.
He was presented in the special court of Ranchi PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act).
After which the ED’s advocate again sought permission to interrogate Vishnu Aggarwal.
Which was opposed by Vishnu Aggarwal’s lawyer.
After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court has given permission to ED that it can interrogate Vishnu Aggarwal on remand for three days.
Vishnu Agarwal is the prime accused in the land scam case.
ED arrested him on 31 July.
After the permission of the court, ED took him on remand and interrogated him for four days.
