ED to issue summons to Sahebganj DC after recovery of cartridges and Rs 8 lakh from camp office

Ranchi:  ED will issue summons to Sahebganj DC in the case of recovery of cartridges and Rs. 8 lakhs from the camp office. ED had raided the camp office of Sahebganj DC Ramniwas Yadav on Wednesday. 

During this period, eight lakh rupees in cash and 14 9 mm bullets were also found. These bullets are from a banned pistol. He could not give accurate information about the sources of cash, on the other hand, copies of the petitions filed by Pankaj Mishra against ED in various courts were also found from his house.

According to Sources, ED can issue summons for questioning the DC in one to two days. Apart from this, ED will register a case in the local police station in case of recovery of cartridges. ED has found in the investigation that DC Ramniwas Yadav never withdrew money from his salary account after posting in Sahibganj. 

ED has also interrogated him on Wednesday regarding how he used to survive without withdrawing money from his salary account. The agency has found in the investigation that after the agency had summoned him, he started withdrawing money from his salary account.
