Ranchi: ED has moved the Jharkhand High Court challenging the FIR lodged by former CM Hemant Soren against its officers under the SC/ST Act. ED officials have filed a petition in the High Court to quash the FIR.
In fact, on January 31, former Chief Minister Hemant Soren lodged an FIR in the SC/ST police station of Ranchi against several officers of the central investigating agency ED, including Kapil Raj, Devvrat Jha, Anupam Kumar and others. ST/SC police station case number 06/24 has been registered.
