ECI team to visit Jharkhand tomorrow, voter revision will be reviewed

Ranchi:  The Election Commission of India team is coming to Jharkhand tomorrow regarding the ongoing voter revision program 2024 in the state and preparations for the Lok Sabha elections.

There will be six people in this team.

The team of office bearers will reach Jharkhand on the evening of 16th August.

There will be an important meeting with the office bearers of the state on 17th August.

This meeting will be held on August 17 from 10:30 am at Hotel BNR, Ranchi.

Under the leadership of Senior Deputy Commissioner Dr. Dharmendra Sharma, Senior Deputy Commissioners Nitesh Vyas, Manoj Kumar Sahu, Principal Secretary Arvind Anand, Under Secretary Tanuj Kumari and Section Officer Devesh Kumar will be included in the team of Election Commission of India coming to Jharkhand.

This visit of the Election Commission of India team is being considered very important. Lok Sabha elections are to be held next year.

In such a situation, the team is touring for the preparations for the Lok Sabha elections.

In the meeting to be held on August 17, along with the preparations for the Lok Sabha elections, the voter revision program 2024 in the state will be reviewed.

In this meeting, the report related to their respective district will be presented by the Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer of the districts.

Apart from this, a presentation related to the progress of voter revision program in Jharkhand will be presented before the commission.

According to the information received from Chief Electoral Officer Ravi Kumar regarding this visit, this meeting of the Commission is very important.

After reviewing the preparations being made for the Lok Sabha elections in the meeting, necessary instructions can be given.

According to the information received, after the meeting to be held on August 17, the team of the commission may visit the nearby districts.
