Drugs worth more than Rs 3 crore seized in raid by Chaibasa Police

Police have seized 2100 kg of doda on the river bank of Paraiya village of Tebo police station area.

According to the police statement, its price in the drug market is in crores.

Police had received secret information that opium was being smuggled under Tebo police station area.

Based on secret information, the police started raids.

During this time, police found 2100 kg of doda near the river in Paraiya village.

However, no smuggler has been reported arrested during the raid.

Police are also searching for smugglers.

For this, non-stop raids are being conducted at various places in the area.

Police are finding out from where Doda was brought on such a large scale.

Police said that the value of 2100 Doda seized is more than Rs 3 crore.

On June 17, Khunti police had seized doda worth more than Rs 2 crore from 3 smugglers.

The police had achieved this success by conducting raids in different police station areas on the basis of secret information.

The raid was conducted in Murhu and Adki police station area of Khunti district.

In the information received from the police, it was said that illegal doda worth about Rs 2 crore loaded in two pickup vans has been seized from Gumpudu of Murhu police station area of the district.
