Ranchi: District Election Officer (Panchayat) cum Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Chhavi Ranjan on Tuesday reached Bundu and took stock of the preparations for the successful conduct of the first phase of the three-tier Panchayat (Common) Election 2022.
The election officers of the constituency, senior officers of various cells, and other district-level officers were present. The DC during his visit took stock of the preparations and security arrangements made for the conduct of three-tier Panchayat elections.
According to the prescribed route chart, he reached different places in turn and took detailed information from the officials.
After voting in the first phase, the polling boxes are to be kept in the Bundu subdivision area only.
