Ranchi: Deputy Chairman of NITI Aayog Government of India Suman Kumar Beri and his personal secretary Amit Verma inspected the Primary Health Center Pithoria of Kanke block being implemented under the assistance of JICA as part of the Aspirational District Program.
He received information about the status of cold chain maintenance in Primary Health Center Pithoria, the modern labor room, ANC kit, and patients coming to the health center, etc.
An overview was also given on the agriculture being done in the village Piru Tola of Ichapidhi Panchayat of Kanke block with the help of the JICA drip irrigation scheme.
During this the deputy chairman along with Rakesh Ranjan, Mission Director, Aspirational District Program Ranchi, besides Secretary, Planning and Development Department, Commissioner South Chotanagpur Division Ranchi, Deputy Development Commissioner Ranchi, Sub- Divisional Officer Ranchi, District Planning Officer Ranchi Civil Surgeon Ranchi and officers of Agriculture Department were present.
