Ranchi: BJP State President and MP Deepak Prakash has put the state government in the dock regarding the widespread scam in the Savitri Bai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana. He said that neither the lives of the girls are safe, nor their respect nor their money is safe under the present government.
On the report published in the media regarding the state-wide scam in the Kishori Samridhi Yojana Deepak Prakash said that the district where the irregularities have come to the fore today is the chief minister’s constituency. If the people of the area who voted for the Chief Minister the officials of that district and assembly constituency are so daring and corrupt, then what will be the condition of the entire state.
He said that incidents of rape, burning and killing of sisters and daughters are happening continuously in the state. The unfortunate situation is that under the present government, only the sisters and daughters of the tribal and Dalit community are being harassed the most.
He said that under Prime Minister’s Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao campaign, a big change has come in society. Today the awareness of educating daughters has increased among the people. But the state government is discouraging public sentiments. He said that the officer whose name is coming in the loot of Savitri Bai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana is in jail today under the action of ED in the land scam case.
