DC Holds Public Grievance Hearing in Ramgarh, Orders Swift Disposal of Pending Cases

Ramgarh: A public grievance hearing was conducted on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Rituraj at his office in Ramgarh. During the session, the DC met people who had travelled from remote areas of the district to present their concerns.

Applicants raised issues related to school admissions in Kasturba Gandhi residential schools, land possession disputes, employment, and delays in various development works and government schemes. Taking note of the complaints, the Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned departmental officials to ensure prompt resolution of pending cases without unnecessary delay.

He clearly instructed officials not to keep matters pending and to complete all work in a time-bound manner. Emphasizing accountability, he remarked that if block and circle-level offices function efficiently, citizens would not need to approach the district headquarters for grievance redressal.

The DC assured applicants that their concerns would be addressed at the earliest and stressed the need for better coordination and responsiveness at the local administrative level to minimize such grievances in the future.
