Ranchi: Ranchi DC Rahul Kumar Sinha held a meeting with Dr. Indranil Manna, Vice Chancellor of BIT Mesra on Monday.
Many issues were discussed in the meeting.
During this, Additional Collector Rajesh Kumar Barwar, Registrar BIT Mesra Prof. Sandeep Dutta were present.
After the meeting, Rahul Kumar Sinha directed that the non-disputed land acquired for BIT Mesra would be taken under his control and a building would be constructed on it.
The DC directed BIT Mesra to negotiate with the villagers regarding the disputed sites to start the construction work on the non-disputed land.
Also directed the representative of BIT Mesra to form a team regarding the disputed land.
So that coordination can be established with the villagers on this issue.
The DC also instructed Circle Officer Kanke to form a team of villagers as well, so that the dispute could be resolved by discussing the disputed issue.
