DC chairs meeting related to land revenue

Ranchi: A review meeting related to land revenue was organized under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Rahul Kumar Sinha.

Additional Collector Ranchi, Deputy Collector Land Reforms, all Circle Officers of the district and other concerned officers/personnel were present in the meeting organized in the Deputy Commissioner Auditorium located at Collectorate Block A.

In the meeting, Deputy Commissioner reviewed the updated status of various agencies of Government of India and Government of Jharkhand and interdepartmental land transfer, pending filing-dismissal, land demarcation, pending certificate cases, courts of different level revenue officials etc and gave necessary guidelines while doing so.

While reviewing the transfer of land to various departments of the Government of India and the State Government, the Deputy Commissioner inquired about the zonewise updated status of the requisition received for the transfer of land.

He directed to mark the land and send the proposal as soon as possible, giving necessary guidelines to the concerned zonal officer in the area where land transfer work is pending. Along with this, during the review of the land requisition for the police station buildings he said that after marking the land, send the proposal as soon as possible.

The DC directed the concerned Circle Officer to proceed with the process of mutation of acquired land for various projects. Zone-wise review of land demarcation, succession partition/mutation etc was also done by the Deputy Commissioner in the meeting.

While reviewing the cases related to mutation, the Deputy Commissioner directed all the Circle Officers to settle the executable cases within the stipulated time. He said that cases of mutation of more than 90 days should be executed as soon as possible.

In the meeting, the complaints received by the Deputy Commissioner over income certificate, issuance of residential caste certificate, Vasudha and Parishodhan app were also reviewed. He said that timely execution of pending applications should be done under the Right to Service Act.

The Deputy Commissioner directed all the concerned officials to conduct their court proceedings regularly and upload the cause list and order online.
