Ranchi: The prelim exams of the 7th JPSC will be held on September 19.
The Jharkhand Public Service Commission on Wednesday declared the new date. Earlier it was expected that the exam will be held on September 12. The detailed examination programme will be issued by the commission later on the website. The Commission had held a meeting with the district education officers in which some of them had suggested that instead of September 12 the examination be held on September 19. The examination was earlier scheduled on May 2 but due to the second wave of Coronavirus the examination was cancelled. Examination for a total of 252 posts will be conducted under the 7th JPSC.
In the Prelims examination which will be held in two sittings paper of GS One and GS Two will be held. Each examination will be of two hours each having 200 multiple-choice questions. The candidates passing the examination will be appearing for the main exam.
