Ranchi: Dahu Yadav’s son Rahul Yadav has appealed for bail from the ED court in the illegal mines case worth Rs 1000 crore in Sahibganj district.
On Friday, he filed a bail application through his lawyer. Rahul Yadav had surrendered in the ED court on Tuesday on the orders of the High Court.
After which he is in judicial custody.
ED had issued summons to Rahul Yadav for questioning in the illegal mining case.
But he did not appear before the ED.
After this, the special ED court had issued a non-bailable warrant against Rahul Yadav on March 31, 2023.
