Chaibasa, May 20: Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that by providing a
corruption free government, answerable government and good governance
the aspirations of the people can be fulfilled.
Addressing the Kolhan Division level meet of 20 point
implementation committee he said that the panchayats have to make sure
that every day corruption at the village level is eradicated. He also
called for people’s participation so that transparency is maintained
in government schemes and pointed out that delay in execution of the
schemes raises the cost of the project and also the anger of the
people. He said that the year is being celebrated as Garib Kalyan
Varsh which is aimed at ensuring development to the last man of the
society. He said that 20 point implementation committee has been
assigned 20 targets which should be achieved with better coordination
between state, district and block levels.
The Chief Minister said that the meeting of state level 20 point
committee be held at the state level in every six months while those
at the district and block level be held at every three months. He said
that meetings should be attended by the senior officials. He said that
Jharkahnd was a developing state which need to be made developed and
asked the officials to work as team at the district and block levels
so that the schemes can be realized on time..
